I had THE best experience with my ring resizing! Sam and JB are the best! I arrived for my appointment ahead of schedule and Sam was very informative and took time to make sure I was sizing to the correct size. He even suggested a great place for lunch while I wait! Went to lunch and about an hour later, I stopped back in and JB was right on time as promised and both rings look fantastic! I could not be happier. It is hard to find good customer service these days... and these guys do it right! I genuinely felt cared about and they did what they said they would do, and that is everything! Great job! I definitely will be back!"
